What is AB-3028? AB-3028 is an investigational autologous CAR T cell therapy being studied in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Your white blood cells are engineered with genetic changes designed to help them recognize and destroy prostate cancer cells, and then infused back into your body.
